Dungeons Dragons 4Th Edition

How do I know what monster is what monster in Dungeons and Dragons 4th edition?
I was about to play this mission in the dungeons and dragons, and said we needed an elf and a goblin warrior (I think these are the monsters) and when I looked between chips monster who had no idea what was what monster monster. If I can have some help?
Personally I do not think is really important to have quite the monster cards right, provided that you know which monster is which. As in my experience with 4th ed character had made paper and paper currencies. We used the same characters, but each week face different monsters. Sometimes the small bow with a bow wielding elf would sometimes be a little arch human flourishing. It did not matter too much time we knew who was who. I suggest a little more prepared before hand next time. Let it go, for now, but next time look at the Monster Manual and get a picture of the monsters before the start of game that way you can leave out the parts you need and no need to go through the trash monster during the game. That's just goes to slow and make it more fun playing the game less. Also, since you sound like you're stopped by the time you could compare the images in the Monster Manual (or, possibly, guide arrangements if that is what you have) and see the monsters best fits the description of the monster cards you have. In addition, you may want to enter their monster tokens and separated by name. As an alphabetical list of monsters. It's the reason I'm not a big fan of miniatures, Fiddly bits too many to worry. While the statistics of the monsters and monster is knowing what you're good to go. I hope this does not sound too rude, I prefer the look of RPGs D & D rather than the combat system / miniature aspect of the game. I mean the battles are fun and all, but the reason by playing a role played by the paper. If I want to play a battle game I'll play something like Descent: Journeys in the Dark.
