What happens if you lose your dungeons and dragons character sheet?

I’m a beginner so i don’t know anything… i’ve only played once and have lost my character sheet, it was only two pages… i looked all over my house but may have accidentally thrown it out. Will the other players be mad at me??
Would I be disqualified?

See if you can recreate your character from your combined memories.
A DM should always have a semi uptodate copy of each players character sheets for such emergencies. I encourage all my players to bring me copys of their characters, but it doesn’t always happen. Losing a character sheet is a bummer, but not the end of the world, it will work out,
