Does anyone know what happened to the fan recreation of Dungeons&Dragons episode titled requiem?I cant find it

Basically fans have re-animated the final episode from the original script. It says about it in the bonus section of volume four on the DVD. but there’s no mention on how to find it to view it.

Where did you last see it.
You must be more careful where you put things in future.
