Many people enjoy the atmosphere that a fireplace delivers but do not want to do the work of collecting the wood for it. This type of creative resale cost you little, gas to site, and gas for chainsaw and materials. This could later build to a full time job for someone easily. After reselling the fruit from your labor, you can add to your supplies used to do the job, like a wood splitter, chipper, or bigger chain saw. Climbing gear may be another addition you will want to add as you start pulling in the fast money. Of course, this is not for everyone, but a very creative way of making money quick with little expense.
With curbside pickups ad other freebies you encounter, think about the potential in the item. Would a coat of paint make it look like brand new? Utilize free space in your home to set up a show room of your treasures and advertise them online, in local paper, or on a tear sheet at your local businesses. When reselling items take into consideration what expense you put into it and price accordingly but do not overprice. Word of mouth of quality products at a fair price is the best advertisement you can get. If you have a garage or free space in your home and a way to pick up curbside freebies, creative resale can bring you the quick money needed to pay off them pressing bills.
